Cabin Crew
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Canadian passport or a valid international passport and a current U.S. crew member visa (C-1/D).
Must be at least 19 years old at the time of employment.
High school diploma.
Fluency in French and English is required.
At least two years of experience working with the public in a customer service role.
Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and successfully complete the company’s background check process.
Ability to meet required medical standards (including alcohol and drug testing) and all physical requirements of the position.
Successful completion of a five- to six-week full-time training program with 100% attendance and passing all written and practical assessments.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a safety-conscious mindset and the ability to work independently.
Must be available to work a rotating on-call schedule that includes weekends, holidays, evenings, and nights. Schedules and days off are assigned based on seniority through an online submission system.
Must be able to report to the assigned base airport within two hours of notification for flight duties.
